Refund and Cancellation Policy

Nature of the Service

Plesma.com provides digital services known as 'Plesma Credits'. These credits are delivered instantly to the user's account and are available for immediate use.

Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and similar international regulations), the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content or services that are delivered immediately.

By completing a purchase of 'Plesma Credits', the User acknowledges and agrees that the service (digital credits) is delivered instantly, and the User therefore waives their statutory right of withdrawal.

This waiver is explicitly confirmed by the User via a checkbox during the checkout process.

Refund Conditions

Once digital credits have been successfully purchased and delivered to the account, they are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

All sales are final.

Exceptions

A full refund will only be issued if, due to a technical failure on our part, the purchased credits are not delivered to the user's account within 24 hours of successful payment.
