Definitions

Service: All digital services provided by Plesma.com.

User: Any natural or legal person receiving services through Plesma.com.

Free Plan: The free, resource-limited service package.

Paid Plan: The service package offered in exchange for a specific fee (Credits).

General Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to all services provided by Plesma.com.

By registering on the website, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the services provided.

Account Usage

The cancellation or termination of your account will result in the immediate cessation of your access to Plesma.com and all associated services.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for activities such as hacking, phishing, spamming, illegal activities, or similar behaviors.

Any chargeback (payment dispute) will result in the immediate termination of the account.

Accounts exhibiting fraudulent behavior may be proactively terminated.

Prohibited Uses

Running a Tor exit node or open proxy is prohibited.

Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited.

No service or content provided by Plesma.com may be resold.

Abuse and Limitations

Using bots or fake players to keep a server running continuously is prohibited.

Bypassing the idle timeout (e.g., auto-reconnect, simulating player activity) is prohibited.

Excessive or disproportionate use of resources is prohibited.

Uploading or downloading external executable files is prohibited.

Automating access to the website or automating actions is prohibited.

Commercial use of the services is prohibited. However, creating media content (e.g., videos) and using it for commercial purposes is permitted.

Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or deletion of your account and all related servers/data.

Suspended accounts are inaccessible, and all data will be permanently deleted after 7 days.

Serious violations such as DDOS attacks, running malware, or fraud may be reported to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content on Plesma.com belong to Plesma.com (Datarove Bilişim Teknolojileri).

Users may not copy, modify, or resell this content.

Data Security

Plesma.com takes industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Courts and Execution Offices of Ankara, Turkey.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your country), you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The guardian accepting the terms is legally responsible for all actions of the account.

User Content and Data Liability

You own and are responsible for all content (world files, plugins, configurations, etc.) that you upload, create, or host on your server.

To provide the Service to you, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and transmit your content.

Plesma.com is not responsible for backing up server data. In the event of data loss, Plesma.com cannot be held liable. Backing up your data is solely the user's responsibility.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

All purchases of 'Plesma Credits' are processed through our third-party Merchant of Record, Paddle. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

All sales of digital services (Credits) are final. The services are considered rendered immediately upon delivery of the Credits to your account.

Due to the immediate performance and delivery of digital goods, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal (or 'cooling-off period') as soon as the purchase is complete.

Purchased Credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

In the event of account termination due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining Credits in your account will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
